Surprise and Delight, Courtesy of Umpqua Bank

Last Thursday, after another fantastic performance of I Love to Eat staring Rob Nagle, Umpqua Bank generously treated our audience members to some delicious little morsels catered by our local French family bistro Chez Joly. Audience members were surprised and delighted to find piles of little parsley-wrapped onion sandwiches waiting for them after the performance. The sandwiches were James Beard’s own recipe and they were truly a wonderful little treat courtesy of our good friends at Umpqua Bank.
