Cabaret was one of the most moving plays witnessed both by me and my husband. Just reading the article in The Oregonian about Michele Mariana brought me to tears when she described the silence at the end of the play. What prompted me to write was that I tried to play my actual album by Barbra Streisand singing “I Don’t Care Much,” but our system failed. I could remember the poinancy of that song from so long ago, and when Wade McCollum sang it, I wanted to hear it again. This production of Cabaret was perfect.

I had a similar reaction to that song, Nancy. After opening night I rushed home to try to find a version to share with a friend. I found several at youtube, but none that were quite as incredible as Wade’s.

We chatted just before the performance of A little Dog Laughed. I appreicate you taking a few moments to talk with my friend and I. I mentioned then and just found this form and don’t normally do this, but Caberet was incredible from start to finish…a finish that I think everyone was hoping never came-we wanted MORE….everything was brilliant ! I hope you will bring it back soon…I will go three times again !!!

I will also say The Little Dog laughed almost as much as I did, it is the second most Brilliant(although there are many) production I feel in my three years as being a member…its just getting better Fantastic job.
