What do you love and/or miss about your hometown? There is no traffic, not even a stoplight! And parking is FREE.
Favorite part of your job: Tech, no seriously, I love it. It’s when we get to see all of the pieces start to come together. All of the designers are in town, we get on stage, we see people in costumes and wigs, there are doors in the set, moving pieces, real furniture and props, sound cues, and something much better than fluorescent lighting to look at. Granted, it’s not always the easiest part of the process, particularly when things don’t work quite as expected, but I think it is potentially the most challenging, collaborative, and rewarding part.
Hobbies? Horseback Riding, Gardening
Pet? Miles, Cat, 6yrs.; Manya, Sheltie, 2yrs.; Caesar (the Pig), Boston Terrior, 2 yrs.
What was your first job? Filing in a business office, it sucked. Also giving horseback riding lessons.
What sets PCS apart from other places you have worked? We have the best stage management team around!
Who is one of your biggest inspirations and why? Mark Tynan! He is the best! He has good shoes! And only one major flaw, he’s an Ohio State fan . . .
What is something you are absolutely passionate about? SHOES!!!! And MICHIGAN FOOTBALL!!!! GO BLUE!!!!
