Fundraising made easy!
No more buying candy bars and reselling them door-to-door. No more gift catalogs and order forms. No more… well, you get the idea. Now you can sell a terrific night at the theater and raise money for your school or non-profit all with one little code word.
How Does it work?
This program is open to all public schools and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Once your qualified organization indicates that you would like to participate, PCS will work with you to pick the best show to sell. PCS will provide you with a unique promotional code word and a custom flier with details about the show and how your supporters may redeem the code word to purchase tickets and support your cause. Every adult ticket sold online or through the PCS Box Office using your unique code will earn your school/non-profit $10 for every adult ticket that you sell!
BONUS: To help you sell even more tickets, your unique code word will also give your supporters $5 OFF each adult ticket they purchase to the show. So you give them a great deal on tickets, they support your organization and YOU did it all by sharing a simple code word!

- PCS will provide you with a unique code word and a PDF of a flier to promote your fundraising efforts. The PDF will contain information about the show and instructions to redeem the code. Simply print & distribute! For an example of a promotional flier, please click HERE.
- Following the last performance of the show selected for the fundraising program, PCS will send you the redemption count for your code. A check will be mailed to you in two weeks, following the last performance.
Terms & Conditions for fundraising program
- Your organization must be either a public school or 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to participate in Portland Center Stage’s fundraising program.
- PCS reserves the right to refuse any application. A limited number of applications will be accepted.
- Your application and customized promotional code will take up to 3 weeks to process and activate. PCS recommends submitting your application at least 6 weeks prior to the first public performance of the show you are selecting for the fundraising program. Applications will not be accepted for shows already in progress.
- You must sell a minimum of 10 tickets using your unique promotional code to qualify for a payment.
- Your organization may not email, mail or post the code word publicly, nor submit it to the media. Doing so will disqualify you from receiving payment. Mailing a letter or sending an email to your private list of supporters, board members and/or volunteers is acceptable, but it should not be emailed to a promotional email list to the general public. - Your organization assumes the responsibility and cost of printing fliers provided by PCS.
- The promo code word may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or discounts.
- The promo code word may not be applied to student/youth tickets.
- Tickets are subject to availability and no children under 6 years of age are permitted into the theater.
Ticket Donations from PCS
Are you interested in obtaining Portland Center Stage tickets for your next Auction or Fundraiser? Portland Center Stage can help! We offer arts, environmental, social justice, health and education organizations vouchers good for two tickets to any Main Stage show in the 2011-2012 season. These vouchers are valued at $150 each (may not be redeemed for cash).
Simply fill out this DONATION FORM and email it to donations@pcs.org (or simply click the "Submit by Email" button on the form).
Due to the large volume of donation requests that we receive, please return your donation form by the 1st of the month, one full month prior to your donation due date. For example, if your event takes place March 15th, your request must be received by February 1st. Donation requests past the due date will not be filled. PCS reserves the right to refuse any application. A limited number of applications will be accepted each month.
Donation requests are filled based on a first come, first serve basis and also how well your organization's mission lines up with the values and mission of Portland Center Stage. Read our mission statement and manifesto HERE.
If your application is accepted, please be prepared to pick up your ticket voucher at 128 NW 11th Avenue in Portland, located in the Pearl district. Alternatively, you may provide PCS with a self addressed stamped envelope and PCS will mail the ticket voucher to you.
How to List to Portland Center Stage as a donor

Item/Donation Description: Portland Center Stage (PCS) is Portland's leading professional theater company and one of the 25 largest regional theater companies in the United States. PCS produces a blend of classical, contemporary and premiere work. PCS has an exciting lineup of productions this season, including Oklahoma!, A Christmas Story, Red, Anna Karenina and many more! For more information on the 2011-2012 season, visit the PCS website at www.pcs.org. The holder of this ticket voucher will be entitled to two complimentary tickets to any Main Stage production in the 2011-2012 season at Portland Center Stage in the Gerding Theater at the Armory. To redeem the voucher, simply present it at the PCS box office of the Gerding Theater at the Armory at 128 NW 11th Avenue in Portland. You may also phone the box office at 503.445.3700 to reserve your tickets in advance.

Restrictions: Tickets subject to availability. Certificate must be presented at the PCS box office before tickets will be issued. Voucher may not be redeemed for cash.
