We're within weeks of an update to a new site that will have that functionality. In the mean time, you will still need to call our box office at 503.445.3700. A word to the wise, the box office is always less busy in the magic hour of 3 pm to 4 pm. Call during that time of day and you'll sail right through. And I promise you, this state of affairs is temporary- we want you to be able to redeem all your subscriber benefits on line and we are working with our web developers to make that possible. Jamie,
