Monday through Saturday, 10 am - 5:30 pm, Sunday noon - 5:30pm.
The windows are open through intermission on performance days.

notes to our patrons
• Group discounts for 10 or more are available by calling 503.445.3703.
• All evening performances throughout the 2007/2008 season in both the Main Stage and Studio theaters will begin at 7:30 pm.
• Please arrive early. There will be a late seating cue for each production in the Main Stage only, at which time latecomers will be ushered to a late seating section if seats are available. They may then take their ticketed seats after intermission. We cannot guarantee that any late seating will be available nor when that cue may occur, so we suggest patrons allow plenty of time to park, pick up tickets and find their seats, or they may miss their performance. A lobby monitor will be available for those patrons who miss the late seating cue or need to leave during the performance.
• Please note: There is no late seating in the Studio.
• We encourage you to bring interested children to the theater with you, but children five and under cannot be admitted to PCS performances.
• Cameras and recording devices are prohibited.
• Please silence pagers and cell phones before the play begins. You may check them at the coatroom and notify the attendant of your seat location in case of an emergency. The PCS emergency contact number is 503.445.3828.
• The Main Stage and Studio Theaters are fully accessible for people with disabilities. Anyone needing special seating should notify the theater in advance. Large print programs are available on request and infra-red headphones are available for {FREE} at the coatroom.
• For security reasons, backpacks, large purses and parcels should be checked in the coatroom.
• Refreshments are available in the lobby, and light fare is available at The Armory Cafe.
• Tours of the new Gerding Theater are on first and third Saturdays of the month at 10:00 am, 10:45 am and 11:30 am. Tours are free, but you must have a ticket. Tickets are available at the PCS Box Office the day of the tour.
• A copy of current ID with your date of birth is required for all 18 & Under tickets before we can process your order. Students must submit a current student ID.
exchanges & return policy
Exchanges must be made in advance of a currently scheduled performance via phone, email or in person. Exchanges cannot be made online. A $10 exchange fee will apply to all single ticket purchases (subscribers get one free exchange per production). Please note: not all performances are priced the same and there may be a difference in ticket cost for your new performance date.
