Ken Davenport on Stage and Studio

Posted by Michael Buchino | 30 May 2013

Curious how a Broadway musical is made? Dmae Roberts recently interviewed Somewhere in Time adapter Ken Davenport on Stage and Studio. If you missed the episode you can listen to it in its entirety below.

Davenport lets us in on the process of getting the rights, getting backers, funding and writing & collaborating with teams of artists to stage this. Not unlike the film process, this took him 10 years to create. A must-listen for anyone who has ever wanted to create a Broadway-bound musical from scratch.
