Have a Party at PCS!

Is your office, association or group looking for a great venue to host a party? Perhaps you are planning a holiday party, employee appreciation event or just need an excuse to get together with co-workers and friends. Well, look no further! PCS has a couple of great catering packages that include private event space, some catering and theater tickets for any show in our season, all for one low, per-person price.

Or we can completely costumize a catering package for you. The choice is yours! Don't miss out on this opportunity to throw an unforgettable event at the Gerding Theater at the Armory. Space is limited, especially during the holidays. So don't delay, book today!


Eats & Seats packages are now available for the 2015-2016 season!


Choose between the following packages:


Savories & Sips


  • Private bar and your own charming bartender. Drinks may be hosted or non-hosted. Hosted bars will be tallied and charged at the conclusion of
    the event.
  • A charcuterie platter featuring a variety of specialty cured meats from Olympia Provisions, served with a variety of cheeses and fresh baked
    sliced baguette.
  • Roasted pear and prosciutto crostini with tarragon, mozzarella cheese
    and a honey drizzle (vegetarian option available).
  • A medley of local seasonal fruit served with delicious whipped honey
    yogurt dip.
  • Marinated chicken satay threaded on bamboo skewers.
  • Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
  • Small plates and napkins.

Salads & Sammies


  • Variety of half sandwiches (including turkey, ham and vegetarian).
  • Tossed organic green salad with sliced cucumber, tomato, avocado,
    grated parmesan cheese and roasted sunflower seeds with dressing
    options on the side.
  • Caprese pasta salad with grape tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil. 
  • Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
  • Coffee service (one pot of caffeinated, one pot of decaf, cream, sugar, etc.) and chilled bottled water.
  • Plates, napkins and forks.


Only $60 per person for either package!

Price includes:

  • Group seating to any show in the 2015-2016 season. Minimum of 20 people.
  • Best available seats, including Area 1 seats on the U.S. Bank Main Stage, if available. (Valued up to $75 each!)
  • One catering party package (choose one from above). Catering gratuity is included for items and services included in the package. Additional catering can be added to either package for an additional cost. 
  • Private event space on the North side of the Mezzanine under the beautiful fireflies in the night sky chandelier.

Don't need tickets?

The Gerding Theater at the Armory is available to rent for a wide array of event, including, but not limited to:

  • Wedding ceremonies & receptions
  • Gala & Auction fundraisers
  • Employee or client receptions
  • Corporate presentations & meetings
  • Formal seated dinners
  • Dances & performances
  • Film Screenings & premieres
  • Trade shows, seminars, workships & conferences

  • Minimum 20 people.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 10 business days of your reservation.
  • Final count and payment is due no later than one week prior to the event. No refunds.
  • Catering service includes: One 5-foot round table with black linens for the food, and one server to replenish the food items as needed. Catering is served buffet style.
  • Event space includes: 1. Two hours of private event space plus one hour for set-up prior to the performance. 2. Event, technical and security staff. 3. Equipment as available, including: lighting, sound, chairs, easels, coat rack, standard lobby furniture and bistro tables. 4. Utilities and normal cleaning/janitorial. 5. Private event signage.
