Join us for an artist talk and reception with 13-year-old creative Hobbs Waters in the PGE Gallery. Hobbs Waters will discuss his current visual art exhibit "Thirteen" that debuted in the PGE Gallery at Portland Center Stage in October 2019. This will be the closing reception for the show, and a chance to hear this wonder kid talk about his work, his process and goals.

  • The talk will take place in the lower level gallery space promptly at 7:00 PM, with a Q&A after the talk. 
  • Light refreshments will be served during the reception.
  • This is a free event, open to the public and family friendly. 
About Hobbs Waters
About Hobbs Waters

Hobbs the Artist (aka City Troll) is a teenage Portland, Oregon native who is very passionate about art and dance. He has been a visual artist and ballet dancer for most of all of his life, with experience from Classical Ballet Academy and Rose City Ballet. His visual art is rendered in various mediums, most recently silk-screen, and he creates prints, apparel, and canvases to display his design work and fine art.
