Viewpoints, Suzuki Method & Pace Work
Led by Frida ... A Self Portrait actor and playwright Vanessa Severo, this workshop will offer an introduction to Viewpoints, a technique of improvisation that grew out of the post-modern dance world, as well as unpacking the history of the Suzuki Method, and offering pace work exercises and demonstrations on how movement direction can shift the audience's focus to suit the demands of the play. All skill levels welcome.
