Subscription Tickets
Season tickets are super flexible! Changing your tickets is completely free and easy. Switch performance dates, within a production, at your leisure, as many times as you’d like. Exchanges can be made as late as two hours prior to your scheduled performance. To make an exchange, call the box office at 503-445-3700 to arrange an alternate date for the same production. Destroy your old tickets to avoid any confusion — new tickets will be held at the box office will call window.

Health & Safety
The health of our patrons and staff will continue to be a top priority. We will only hold performances if it is safe to do so. We will follow all of the recommended health guidelines and requirements set forth by the Oregon Health Authority — including mask requirements, vaccination recommendations, social distancing, etc. — however they may shift in the season ahead. In addition, our building is fortunate to have a robust HVAC system that is capable of fully exchanging the air every 10-12 minutes, and we have excellent cleaning practices in place.
As protocols shift, we will communicate all details with ticket holders in advance of each performance. We understand each person has different needs, and we will provide ultimate flexibility as we welcome people back to the theater.
Accessibility
We offer a variety of services for patrons, including wheelchair access, audio description, large print programs, assistive listening devices, sensory-friendly kits and guides, and open-captioned performances.
Our Values
We have had a longstanding commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. More recently, we have come to a stronger understanding and awareness of how white supremacy has been a core foundation of the American theater. We believe that an active anti-racist approach is the only way to create change. When we lift up and support the most vulnerable among us, we all benefit; our community grows stronger together; our society thrives. You can learn more about our efforts at pcs.org/idea.
In 2019, we formed the inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) team with the goal of co-creating safety for our community by identifying and interrupting instances of racism and all forms of oppression when we witness them. We have created a set of community guidelines to ensure safety for all members of the PCS community and to provide opportunities for accountability and learning when instances of oppression occur. We are also developing an anti-racism roadmap as part of our strategic plan that will incorporate several initial goals and commitments. This work is developing and ongoing, as we actively seek to create a vital, thriving future for our organization and community.
General Ticket Information
We offer deals to meet every schedule and budget!
We offer unlimited exchanges within the same production at no additional fee provided you notify us before the show starts. If you exchange into a higher cost ticket, just pay the difference!
We provide age recommendations for each show, but you get to make the final decision.
We don't cancel performances due to weather except in the most severe of conditions. Unless it is noted on our website, you can assume the show will go on.
If conditions aren't safe for you to travel to the theater, please contact us prior to your scheduled performance and we'll be glad to work with you on finding the best possible solution. In the unlikely event that performances are canceled because of the weather, rest assured that we will honor the value of your ticket to a future performance. Please know that email and phone wait times are exceptionally long during inclement weather events, but we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Nope!
We’re in this room together — and it belongs to all of us!
We want every person who attends a performance — audiences, volunteers, staff, and artists — to be able to show up and feel fully seen and valued. We hope you’ll feel welcome at each performance you attend, to enjoy, laugh, cheer, take up space, or just soak it in quietly. There is no one right way to engage with live theater, and we ask that you honor each person’s experience around you.
If a disturbance arises during the performance that you feel requires intervention, rather than taking action by shushing, touching, or scolding other patrons yourself, we ask that you alert our House Management staff to the issue in the lobby.
If you’d like to share a note about your experience at a performance, don’t hesitate to email us at feedback@pcs.org.
Thank you for creating community with us at The Armory!
Have at it until the lights dim in the theater and the show gets underway. If you post a photo before or after the show on social media, please credit our amazing designers.
