Production Job Fair 2022
Portland Center Stage seeks technicians from all theatrical backgrounds to fill overhire positions in the 2022-2023 season. In order to facilitate this need and to meet new technicians to the Portland area, we are hosting a job fair at The Armory in NW Portland. This is an opportunity for ALL theater technicians to come meet department heads and managers! We especially encourage attendance by people who have relocated to Portland in the past couple of years who we may have never met.
Additional theater companies — including Artists Repertory Theatre, Bag & Baggage Productions, Broadway Rose Theatre Company, Oregon Children's Theatre, Portland Opera, Portland Playhouse, Profile Theatre, and Third Rail Repertory Theatre — will also be present to meet electricians, stitchers, carpenters, stage managers, deck crew, props artisans, painters, audio engineers, welders, wig craftspeople, and ALL other theatrical disciplines.
Just bring a few copies of your resume to share, and be prepared to chat a bit about yourself!
PCS hires over 60 overhire employees a year for a variety of different contract lengths and tasks. We’d love to meet new people who have never worked with us before and reconnect with folks who are old friends.
Masks are still required at The Armory, but we no longer require proof of vaccination to attend performances and events. FULL DETAILS HERE
