Remember the frustration of dying of dysentery? The agonizing decision on whether or not to spend all your money on food or on oxen? The thinking of a good name for your pioneer? Join the cast of The Oregon Trail after the show and go on your very own interactive Oregon Trail extravaganza!
Play the computer game, engage in the tabletop version of the classic, and go around reliving those pioneer days! With members of the cast and music from local folk group Tara Velarde, it’s sure to be a night that everyone this side of the Oregon Trail will remember!

About Tara Velarde
Professional (and local) musical theatre actress and Indie Folk enthusiast, Tara Velarde’s poetic lyrics and Ingrid Michaelson-esque sound make her music unlike anything you’ve ever heard. Described as having “a captivating combination of class and sass”, Velarde will take you on a vocal journey as memorable as The Oregon Trail itself. Velarde’s music has culminated into two albums: her EP called The Tara Novellas and her LP entitled Get Out and Walk.
