Dani Barker is a Jamaican-American vocalist, actress, and educator based in Portland, Oregon. She moved to Portland in 2015 to pursue jazz, earning a BM in Jazz Performance from Portland State University in 2019. In 2018, she performed with the Darrell Grant-led MJ New Quartet and was featured at the Portland Jazz Festival. In 2021, Dani made her theatrical debut as the title role in Bella: An American Tall Tale at Portland Playhouse, returning in 2024 as Miss Honey in Matilda. She served as Education Outreach Manager for PDX Jazz for 4 years, teaching jazz history in underserved K–12 schools while helping students showcase artwork at the Portland Art Museum. Since joining Karl Denson's Tiny Universe as a featured vocalist in 2024, Dani has toured nationally. Her original music has reached listeners around the world, establishing her as a dynamic performer committed to using music to inspire, connect, and build community.

Austin is elated to return to Portland Center Stage after previously appearing as a swing in Rent. An accomplished puppeteer, he was a member of the nationally acclaimed puppeteering troupe Puppeteers for Fears, appearing in the original casts of Cthulhu: The Musical and Cattle Mutilation: The Musical. Other puppeteering credits include Avenue Q and Over The Garden Wall. Some recent acting work includes The Greenhouse Cabaret (The Great Comet of 1812, Angels in America: Part One), Portland Playhouse (A Christmas Carol, Chicken & Biscuits, Matilda), Clackamas Repertory Theater (Man of La Mancha), Lakewood Theatre (Elf), and Broadway Rose Theatre (Into the Woods). Austin spent two seasons in the Acting Company of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, appearing in the US premiere of Shakespeare In Love, among others. From a young age Lydia was entranced with the theatrical arts, passionately pursuing any avenue to absorb and evolve herself in the craft. This will be her third interpretation of Crystal the Urchin in Little Shop of Horrors, but she has also been spotted in roles such as Janelle Woods in Beautiful: A Carol King Musical and most recently as Leading Player in Pippin. Based in Portland, Oregon, Quinton Gardner is an operatic bass-baritone, heavy metal vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer whose work spans theatre, opera, and contemporary music. Recent credits include Dick Hallorann in Paul Moravec's The Shining (2025); performances with Sweet Honey in the Rock and the West Coast premiere of North American Indigenous Songbook with Resonance Ensemble; The Majesty of the Spiritual, curated by Robert Sims; creating the role of Jack in Third Angle New Music's world premiere of Maria Finkelmeier's Dies Irae, Desirée; and Morales, Zuniga, and El Dancaïre in Opera in the Park Portland's 2025 concert production of Carmen. Outside the theatre, Gardner is the founder, principal songwriter, and frontman of Full Metal Jackson, and a creative collaborator and voice talent with Lightbreaker. He is delighted to join Portland Center Stage's production of Little Shop of Horrors as the swing covering the roles of Orin Scrivello and Mr. Mushnik.

Ken Krugman is thrilled to be making his PCS debut. He recently worked alongside Jonathan Groff, Lindsay Mendez, and Daniel Radcliffe in the Tony Award-winning revival of Merrily We Roll Along. Other Broadway and National Tour credits include The Visit with Chita Rivera, Anastasia, Les Misérables, Candide, Jersey Boys, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Titanic, and Assassins. Off-Broadway: Splendora, Asylum, Passion, and Irma La Douce. Phon is elated to return to Portland Center Stage for this telling of Little Shop of Horrors. Most recently, they appeared in Anonymous Theatre's production of Toxic Avenger. They have had the honor to appear in PCS productions, including as Hud in Hair, Tom Collins in Rent, David Heard in Choir Boy, and the titular role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Phon has also appeared at Portland Playhouse (Passing Strange, A Christmas Carol) and Profile Theatre (Mlima's Tale). They would like to thank everyone who made this show possible and all of you for supporting the arts.

Victor (he/him) is overjoyed to be making his PCS debut in Little Shop of Horrors. Originally from Sherwood, OR, Victor grew up playing football and lacrosse before he found his love of performance in his high school drama program. Since then, Victor has performed for professional and community theaters throughout the Willamette Valley. Notable roles include Jack Kelly in Gallery Theater’s Newsies, Link Larkin in Stumptown Stages’ Hairspray, Danny Zuko in Grease at Broadway Rose, and Sam the Dog in the original musical Marvin’s Rescue, written and played by Portland’s own Marv Ross of Quarterflash. Victor would like to thank his mother and father, Jessica and Alfredo, for always loving him no matter what. He thanks his dear friends from school and at the Fund for the Public Interest, and he sends love to all his fellow performing arts friends across the state and beyond. Ever since Victor saw In the Heights at PCS, it’s been his dream to work and perform at The Armory. Where Mr. Hayward scoffed, these folks always knew he could do it. LaRhonda Steele, a blues and gospel singer/songwriter, is recognized as one of the region's best rhythm and blues vocalists. She has been dubbed "The First Lady of Portland Blues,” a leadership title that she lives up to as she shares songs that carry forth directly from her soul and spiritual life-force. LaRhonda enjoys performing with her band at local festivals, theaters, private parties, and clubs. Working as a vocal coach, she enjoys helping others find their voice. Her discography includes: Artistic Differences (2009), My Soul's Song (2010), Yes Please (2015), Rock Me Baby (2016), and Spirit of Freedom (2018). Lo Steele is a Portland-based multi-disciplinary artist. Her recent acting credits include Lizard Boy, The Importance of Being Earnest adapted by Kamilah Bush, and Clyde’s at PCS, as well as Amelie and Passing Strange at Portland Playhouse. Leah Yorkston is a Portland-based performer who was last seen at PCS as the Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd. Praised for her “masterful” playing (Bend Bulletin), Claire Forstman is the Company Pianist for Oregon Ballet Theatre and the Principal Keyboard for the Oregon Ballet Theatre Orchestra.  Most at home in intensely collaborative musical spaces, she is the principal pianist this season for productions of Swan Lake (OBT), The Nutcracker (OBT), La bohème (Seattle Opera), La Traviata (Portland Opera), The Raven (Renegade Opera), and Little Shop of Horrors (Portland Center Stage). Claire works often as a freelance opera repetiteur and maintains an active coaching studio working with singers of local, regional, and international acclaim. At Portland Opera, she has been principal pianist for six productions in the past two seasons as well as for shows at Seattle Opera, Vashon Opera, Renegade Opera, OrpheusPDX, Opera Steamboat, Florentine Opera, and OperaBend. She recently made her operatic conducting debut in a performance of Jesse Preis’ The Raven with Renegade Opera.

Jaebon Hwang (Keyboard II) is a composer, organist, and collaborative keyboardist based in Portland. She previously performed at Portland Center Stage in Sweeney Todd in 2024. Jaebon serves on the faculty at Lewis & Clark College and maintains an active career as a concert organist and composer, with works published by Sacred Music Press and other publishers. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Southern California, as well as degrees from New York University and Korea National University of Arts. Jaebon is represented by Seven Eight Artists.

Amy is thrilled to be back in the pit at PCS! Favorite past highlights include playing bass for Liberace & Liza: A Tribute and In the Heights. Since moving back to Portland, Amy has performed on violin, viola, and bass for shows at Lakewood Center for the Arts, Stumptown Stages, and Broadway Rose Theater Company. She has also played for cabarets and variety shows, as well as local orchestras, with genres ranging from classical to jazz, rock, and bluegrass. Amy is especially grateful for the many people in the theater community who have helped her find her footing in Portland.

Jazz guitarist and composer Ryan Meagher (pronounced Marr) is celebrated for his broad stylistic range and original compositions. Equally at home anchoring traditional sets for legends like Terell Stafford and Randy Brecker as he is coloring adventurous landscapes alongside Cuong Vu and Mostly Other People Do the Killing, Meagher has released ten albums as a leader. After launching his recording career in New York City and earning his Master of Music from the University of Nevada, Reno, Meagher relocated to Portland, Oregon. There, he became a pivotal force in the creative music community, serving as Artistic Director for the Portland Jazz Composers Ensemble and co-founding the Montavilla Jazz Festival. An active educator, he teaches at Mt. Hood Community College, Willamette University, Portland State University, University of Portland, and directs jazz at Lower Columbia College. His multidisciplinary album AftEarth was featured in DownBeat magazine in 2023.

Charles Neal is a distinguished Portland-based drummer, percussionist, pianist, and composer whose multifaceted career spans classical percussion, jazz, rock, and Latin jazz. A cum laude graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Mr. Neal has established himself as an influential performer, audio engineer, and music educator throughout the Pacific Northwest for over two decades. His extensive work includes prominent stage performances, studio production, and mentorship of emerging musicians. Celebrated for his stylistic versatility and creative expression, he regularly collaborates with a diverse array of regional and international artists. Through his artistic projects and educational initiatives, Mr. Neal remains dedicated to fostering musical innovation, guided by his core philosophy: "Music equals Life."

Alyssa is a puppeteer and all-around artist, specializing in the “creepy-cute.” She is the Managing Director of the nationally touring horror/sci-fi/comedy/rock musical puppet company, Puppeteers For Fears, where she also fabricates puppets, performs, and directs. Her most recent puppet creations for the company were seen in Robopocalypse: The Musical. Aside from PFF, her puppet work has been seen at the Everything Under the Sun parade, Stage Fright Festival, Basement Stair Collective cabaret show, Ashland Beckett Shorts Festival, Fussy Cloud Puppet Slam (Seattle, WA), Broadway Sacramento, and Woodland Opera House (Sacramento, CA). Steven is thrilled to be joining Little Shop of Horrors as Hair & Wig Designer. A hairstylist and wig maker originally from Nashville, TN, he traveled extensively throughout the United States before making Portland his home several years ago, and hasn’t looked back. National touring credits include Wicked, Back to the Future, Mean Girls, The Phantom of the Opera, Falsettos, The King and I, and Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Regional credits include Table 17, Pride and Prejudice, Thurgood, Fat Ham, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, Les Misérables, The Wizard of Oz, and more. Kamilah Bush is a playwright, dramaturg, and educator. She holds a BFA in Theater Education from UNC Greensboro. Kamilah has spent several years working in celebrated regional theaters across the country, including Triad Stage, Asolo Repertory Theater, and Two River Theater. She currently holds the position of Literary Manager at Portland Center Stage. She has been a semifinalist in the Bay Area Playwrights Festival, the L. Arnold Weissberger Award, and the Princess Grace Award, and won the 2021 Urbanite Theater Modern Works Festival. She was a Playwright in Residence at Williamstown Theater Festival in 2024 and was featured as part of their Fridays @ 3 Reading Series. Her short plays have been featured in the Fire This Time Festival and the Say Gay Plays. Her adaptation of The Importance of Being Earnest premiered at Portland Center Stage in 2025. She is also part of the 2026-2027 Playwrights Realm playwrights cohort.

Teniece Divya Johnson (they/them) is an Intimacy Director, Fight Director, Stunt Performer, and Movement Storyteller working across television, film and stage. The first Black and first non-binary intimacy director on Broadway with Slave Play, Teniece serves as a resolute advocate for a decolonized collaborative approach to art, Black intimacy, Kink and Queer representation. Some additional credits include Succession, POSE, Preparation for the Next Life, American Saga Wu-Tang on Hulu, Barry Jenkins’ The Underground Railroad, Best Medicine, and West Side Story with Steven Spielberg. Off-stage they share boundaries and empathy masterclasses with colleges, universities and corporations.

Val is an AEA theatre artist who is committed to the theory of Ensemble and inspired by the diverse community that live theatre brings. She has over 40 years of experience as an actor and dialect/voice coach, which includes local, regional and international credits. Her recent Dialect Coach work at Portland Center Stage includes Pride and Prejudice, Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson - Apt. 2B and Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy, Really. Thanks to Chip for this chance to work with such great artists!

Esther McFaden is excited to join PCS for Little Shop of Horrors. She previously subbed in as an ASM for Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and has worked on the electrics crew for many seasons. Other theaters include Creede Repertory Theatre, Oregon Children’s Theatre, Santa Cruz Shakespeare, The Old Globe, Trinity Repertory Company, and Northern Stage, among others. She spent time on tour with American Girl, Live! before taking a position as a lead stagehand with the Oregon Symphony. She continues to freelance and is a proud member of AEA and IATSE Local 28. Hayley is a Portland based Stage Manager. They most recently Stage Managed Corrib Theater’s production of Outside Mullingar. They have worked on a number of Profile theatre’s productions some of their favorites include: The Oldest Profession by Paula Vogel, Appropriate by Brandon Jacob Jenkins, The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Diety by Kristoffer Diaz, and The Roommate by Jen Silverman. They have previously worked as a House Manager, Stage Manager, and Assistant Stage Manager for companies such as PCC Performing Arts Center, Portland Baroque Orchestra, and Chamber Music Northwest. They are more than happy to have the opportunity to work with this wonderful group of artists and thank you for coming out to the theatre!

Zach's "irresistible energy, appealing tone, and dazzling technique" (The Oregonian) have made him a fixture in the Portland music community. Serving as Solo Piccolo of the Oregon Symphony since 2012, he is also the resident flutist of Portland-based chamber music collective 45th Parallel Universe. Since 2024, Zach has been Assistant Professor of Flute at the Portland State University School of Music and Theater, where he teaches applied flute, chamber music, and courses in musical theater. In 2026, Zach was Music Director of PSU's production of Spring Awakening, and also served as pianist and conductor for the production. He regularly curates, arranges, and performs musical theater revues, often in collaboration with 45th Parallel Universe. A native of LaGrange, NY, Zach holds degrees from the Crane School of Music and the Peabody Conservatory of Music. His major teachers and mentors have been Laurie Sokoloff and Marina Piccinini.

Casey James is an actor and technician in Portland and a recent graduate of the University of Portland. She is very blessed to be making her PCS debut on this show and for the wonderful connections and skills they've gained along the way!
