Wade McCollum is astonishing in this roll! I have watched many greats, Richard Burtin in Camolot was at the top of my list of wonderful performances until CABARET. His performance is unmatched. BRAVO *****

Cabaret was one of the most moving plays witnessed both by me and my husband. Just reading the article in The Oregonian about Michele Mariana brought me to tears when she described the silence at the end of the play. What prompted me to write was that I tried to play my actual album by Barbra Streisand singing “I Don’t Care Much,” but our system failed. I could remember the poinancy of that song from so long ago, and when Wade McCollum sang it, I wanted to hear it again. This production of Cabaret was perfect.

This is the most brilliantly performed musical I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen musicals around the world. So fabulous and captivating that I’ve seen it twice. The songs and the subtle call to action still haunt me.

I had a similar reaction to that song, Nancy. After opening night I rushed home to try to find a version to share with a friend. I found several at youtube, but none that were quite as incredible as Wade’s.

Joel Grey & Lisa M would be proud Chris Coleman’s production has raised Cabaret to the next level.

How do I find out where the next next performance will be???

An excellent production! Truly chilling, as it should be. Wade is a marvelously talented actor. The actress playing Frauline Schneider was also fantastic. Now, to be balanced, Storm, while being an accomplished singer, was miscast. She simply was too big for the role, in every respect. Nevertheless, the production was a huge success!
