Joel is a Lighting Designer and Technician based in Portland, Oregon, currently in his fifth season as the Master Electrician and Lighting Programmer for the Ellyn Bye Studio. Some of Joel's previous designs at Portland Center Stage include Storm Large Makes It Home, Primary Trust, The Brothers Size, Liberace and Liza: A Holiday at the Mansion.
