Canceled Performances
We regret that some performances have to be canceled when breakthrough cases of COVID-19 are found among the production group (this group consists of designers, crew, and cast/understudies — those who have worked closely together backstage and have carefully limited contact with other PCS staff). Our highest priority is always the health and safety of every audience member, cast, crew, and staff member, so we appreciate your flexibility and understanding. In the event of a cancellation, the value of your tickets will be honored.
If you have tickets to a canceled performance of The Great Leap on 1/21, 1/22, 1/23, or 1/27, select the button below to learn more about your options and indicate your preferences.
Please assume all other scheduled performances will go on as planned until you hear from us otherwise.
If we do not hear from you via the above form, our box office team will be reaching out to you by phone during the week following your canceled performance to discuss your ticket options. This includes: crediting your account for future use, requesting a refund, or donating your tickets back to PCS.
