These tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If your availability changes and you're unable to attend the event, and would like for someone to pick your book up for you, then that's fine; just send them a photo of your ticket so a staff member can scan it and mark your name off. If no one is able to pick up your book, then we will send out an email the following evening to ask you if you'd like for your book to be picked up at the store or shipped to your home.
